🎯 More complete leaderboards and predictions
The leaderboard sits at the heart of your supporters' engagement, and we keep enriching it so that every one of your game mechanics finds its place.
The Fanzone predictor now awards points, and no longer only stars. Until now, the predictor was scored using a star system, which prevented it from feeding into points based rankings. That is no longer the case. Each prediction now generates points, just like the bracket or the starting eleven game. Your predictions therefore count fully in the overall competition you run and take their rightful place in your general leaderboards.
In the same spirit, the starting eleven game can now be added to your custom rankings. You can build a leaderboard that truly reflects all the games offered to your community, without leaving out any of your mechanics.
We are also introducing a new "Period" leaderboard type, designed to keep your rankings alive over time.
You can display a leaderboard over a custom period that you set freely, or over the last 30 rolling days.
This flexibility is especially useful to pace a season, highlight the most active fans of a given month or reward your community on a regular basis. For a league or a club running a prediction competition throughout a season, it is a simple way to reignite engagement at regular intervals.
📊 Track your competitions' engagement in real time
Managing a live competition means having the right data at the right moment. That is the focus of this second set of improvements.
On the "Phases" table of a bracket's statistics, only the Matches and Participants columns were shown while a phase remained open. Scoring indicators, such as average stars, average points, correct winners or exact scores, only appeared once the phase was fully over. On a bracket with high participation, for example a World Cup whose group stage spans several days and dozens of matches, you had no visibility on your participants' performance for the entire duration of the phase. These cumulative statistics are now displayed while the phase is still ongoing. You can follow engagement day by day and adjust your activation without waiting for the competition to end.
We have also added a search engine to your Fanzone statistics filters. The more your experiences grow, the longer it can take to find the right piece of data. You can now search directly for the item you need within your filters, which makes analysing your results faster and more comfortable day to day.
✉️ A simpler way to prepare your messages
Creating your messages also becomes more comfortable. The text editor has been improved to give you more flexible formatting and a smoother way to write your content.
You can now send yourself a test email of your mailing to the workspace owner's address. Before rolling out a communication to your entire audience, you can check the final rendering directly in your inbox. You secure every send and reduce the risk of error at the moment of delivery.

🎬 More control over your content and navigation
This update also gives you more control over how your Fanzone is organised and how your media are displayed.
You can now hide a specific tab in your multitabs navigation while keeping it active and accessible through a dedicated URL. Until now, it was only possible to hide the whole component. You can now target a single tab, which opens up new use cases: offering exclusive content, preparing a page that will only be reachable through a shared link, or keeping a section active without it appearing in the main menu.
Your videos also benefit from a new autoplay option, including within the carousel. Your content starts playing as soon as it is displayed, capturing your fans' attention without any action on their part.
Finally, we fixed a carousel display issue. When an overlay and a button were enabled at the same time on a video media, the overlay was misaligned and the video text appeared below the button. The display is now perfectly aligned.
🔒 Performance, integrations and data protection
This update comes with a few more discreet, yet equally important, improvements. Sending your files via SFTP now supports an incremental mode, which makes regular transfers of your data to your tools easier. We have also continued our work to strengthen the security and protection of your participants' data, along with several optimisations aimed at keeping the platform fast and stable.
