💬 Supercharge Your Bot by Personalizing Messages Based on Players' Scores

The long-awaited feature of personalizing a bot's messages based on a player's score is finally available!

You can now create specific messages with visuals and/or videos based on score thresholds you define. This new option, called "Message by score", is easily accessible from the list of available interaction types when creating your bot. You can offer a personalized game experience to your users by rewarding their performance and encouraging them to reach ever more ambitious goals.

How to do it?

• Create your bot by following our recommendations in our help center >

• Add a "message with score" (it can be added before or after the email 😉)

• Define the logic for each message:

  • If the score is less than x points

  • If the score is greater than x points

  • If the score is equal to x points

  • If the score is between x and y points

• Customize each message with text, an image/video, and a redirect button. If you want to remind the player of their score, insert the variable {score} in your message.

We also took the opportunity to bring other optimizations when building your Bot:

• The Bot button can now be displayed based on a scheduled date and time

• The instant win responses are simplified to avoid repetitive and redundant messages

• In case of a win, the player can directly copy/paste discount codes or vouchers with a unique code

• A major update to our anti-cheat system has been deployed. We continuously improve this detection system to ensure a fair gaming environment for all participants.

• Improvement of the "data transmission via URL" feature, which avoids requesting information from participants by using variables in the URL depending on the sharing or integration context of the Experience.
