Release Note
Fastory takes a new step in fan engagement with the launch of a new e-commerce component integrated into the Fanzone. Our goal is to allow fans to purchase a promoted product in seconds, without friction.
Our first users were Paris Basketball. We thank them for their trust in this first activation: seat delivery. This activation transforms the event experience into a true interactive point of sale and offers a premium experience for fans.
⚡ Live flash sale: from QR code to seat delivery
The journey was designed to be ultra smooth and instant:
The fan scans a QR code displayed on the giant screen
They access the offer in a Fanzone
They select their product
They pay in 1 click (Apple Pay, Google Pay or card)
They enter their location (stand, row, seat)
They are delivered directly to their seat within minutes
👉 A frictionless experience, real-time monetization and a premium service right in the middle of the match.

🎯 Two activation modes to maximize conversion
This new E-Commerce component adapts to your engagement strategy with two formats:
Classic mode: direct product showcase, with or without promotional code.
Scratch card mode: the fan discovers their offer via a scratch gesture that creates a surprise and gamification effect. Perfect for boosting engagement.
In both cases, a countdown can be activated to create a sense of urgency (FOMO).

🚀 Fanzone improvements: more clarity, more autonomy
🧩 New component organization
To make adding blocks to the Fanzone easier, a new modal appears with components now classified by category, offering clearer and faster navigation.

🔘 Simplified and intelligent button addition
A new dedicated modal makes it easier to add buttons, providing a classification of available actions and a dynamic interface that adapts depending on the component used.

🤖 Default question management directly in the Fanzone
The configuration of the chatbot sequence for the Fanzone was previously done on the Fastory builder side, which limited its accessibility and customization for some teams. From now on, default questions are managed directly in the Fanzone, offering improved UX and simplified chatbot customization.

This evolution is part of a broader upcoming redesign. To date, conversation customization for experiences remains configured in the builder.
Finally, this change maintains perfect consistency with the chatbot, Social Login and Audience data collection.
