The past few weeks have been very eventful. Our team, fully committed to product development, tackles daily challenges related to innovation, maintenance, optimization and performance. We continuously evolve our platform to stay as close as possible to our users' needs. 🤗
We are happy to share our latest updates to boost your Fanzones, your marketing campaigns and engage your fans even more.
🌟 Centralize fan engagement with the Fanzone
The Fanzone continues to evolve into the central hub of fan engagement within Fastory. Thanks to the interconnection of components, your fans benefit from a smoother and more centralized experience. A unique identification keeps the session active, facilitating participation in gamified experiences, even on repeated visits.
All these new features are currently in Beta with several of our Sports sector clients and we are very enthusiastic about the early feedback.

🇴 Quests and gamification: field experience with the FIA WEC
Season management is enriched through the integration of Quest mechanics, reinforcing the narrative dimension and recurrence in engagement. This new feature allows different missions to be added to regularly re-ignite fan interest while offering a continuous narrative structure. New components linked to Quests have also been deployed for deeper customization.
The first Quests were tested in real conditions with the 🏎️ FIA WEC team.
A big thank you to them 🤗 and to their trust during this event.

The sessions took place in Imola, Italy's iconic circuit, then in Belgium at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. These tests validated the integration of Quests into Seasons, measured the positive reception from players, their impact on user retention, the relevance of the data collected and confirmed the effectiveness of this type of gamification.
The components developed for the WEC Quest system are added to the list of blocks available for your Fanzone, to use as needed.
🇴 Script your campaigns with Missions and Quests
Each Fastory experience is considered a mission. Players must participate in chronological order (or not), with several configurable objectives: play a game, reach a defined score or answer multiple questions correctly, etc. A season includes a quest, itself composed of one or more stages. Each stage can include as many missions as needed, depending on your objectives. A statistics dashboard is also present to give you visibility on players' journeys.

This gamified feature improves recurrence, engagement and lead collection, whether online, at a public event or in-stadia.
👤 Simplified fan login via Social Login
Social Login is now activatable on your Fastory Experiences or in your Fanzone. This Social Login allows your fans to sign in via Google, Facebook, and/or via email. This authentication is directly interconnected with the Fanzone, smoothing participation in experiences and enabling access to the fan profile. It can also be activated directly from an option in the Bot, facilitating account creation from the very first interaction.
Social Login becomes the essential entry point for fully leveraging the gamification potential of the Fanzone: fan profiles, levels, ranks, quests, rewards and leaderboards.

📚 Customizable carousels adapted to your activations
Component settings now allow choosing different image formats and ratios to adapt the display to your needs. You can also add text, edit each visual individually and define specific links. These options are available for the Ticketing, Shop and Carousel components.

▶️ Broadcast exclusive content outside YouTube
Based on your feedback, we have developed a video component that allows integrating videos hosted outside of YouTube. It is now available and ideal for broadcasting temporary content, such as a promotion or a pre-sale.

💮 We are currently working on a new messaging feature that will automatically send email or chatbot notifications to keep your Fans informed of your news.
✨ Artificial intelligence is one of the major areas we are currently exploring. Following the automatic generation of your Fanzone from your Instagram account, we are progressively integrating it into our platform, notably to automatically generate graphic assets adapted to certain game mechanics.

🏆 Event webapp: recap of the Trophées Sporsora 2025
Fastory designed the official webapp for the Trophées Sporsora 2025, a leading event in sports marketing. The 900 attendees found: their e-ticket, the access map, the guest list via their LinkedIn profile, the nominees, a focus on the jury, a wheel of fortune and premium partners.

Other optimizations
New
Fanzone Template: Several improvements have been made. You now have access to different content layouts, with or without sidebar.
Fanzone: In each component, title editing options have been improved. You can also duplicate each component in a single click.
Fanzone & Experiences: A search engine has been integrated into the Experience component to easily find a specific experience. It is now possible to upload a custom image to better represent each experience in the carousel. The image format automatically adapts to the number of experiences highlighted.
Updates
Better: New option to hide the introduction of each question.
MediaLoader: Videos are now better compressed to display faster on mobile without compromising quality.
Firefox & Safari: Several Fanzone components have been fixed to ensure proper display on all browsers.
Bot: The chatbot has been optimized to load faster and make your experiences more responsive from the moment they open.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure has been strengthened to provide a faster and smoother platform, regardless of your configuration.
