Release Note
You may not have known, or perhaps never made the connection, but Fastory is a fusion of two words: FAST + STORY. This combination reflects our daily challenge to offer your users experiences that are as fast as possible, while also meeting your creative and narrative needs 😀
For several weeks, we have been focusing on improving the performance of our Experiences to best meet this notion of Fast, as well as the needs of this summer's sporting events, some of which we are fortunate to be hosting in France 🎾 🏉 ⚽ ♿. Some of these Experiences will be broadcast during waiting times in stadiums 🏟️ (on very, very, very big screens 😉) attracting a large audience in seconds!
Pssst... to learn more about the LIVE in-stadia Fan Experience 🏟️, we invite you to discover our very first podcast 🎤STORYTELLERS, which covers this topic with Benjamin Roumegoux who has visited more than 30 stadiums in the USA 🇺🇸. Several more podcasts are being filmed, so don't hesitate to follow our LinkedIn or YouTube pages.
All these performance optimizations will benefit all our users, whether for exclusive use on social networks, during 🛍️ Live Shopping, Twitch Livestreams, in-store, during TV appearances, for internal communication to strengthen team cohesion... The usage possibilities of Fastory are endless 🚀
Regarding Studio performance, optimization is underway. We'll share more on this in an upcoming release note 😉
Hello WebP!

If you're someone who right-clicks to grab images from web pages, you've probably noticed that JPEG or PNG formats are gradually morphing 🧟 into WebP. Indeed, this WebP format is becoming increasingly standard as it is lightweight, supports transparency, loads quickly and offers compression without loss of quality. In short, it's good for the internet 😉
You can now import your visuals in WebP format via our MediaLoader. Additionally, when you import files in JPG or PNG format, they will automatically be converted to WebP.

Tag Manager: New Design category
Specifically designed for CSS and JavaScript experts, a new section has been added to our Tag Manager: Design.
